Alfred Cooper has died on Aug 7, 2021 at age 83 after a long illness. He is survived by Pat, his wife of 62 years, son Stuart, daughters Haley and Kim and four grandchildren.
Fred was born and raised in Scotland but called Langley home for more than 30 years.
Served and saw action with the Cameron highland regiment. Worked for Vancouver city for over 30 years. He was loved by all.
