HUNTER - Audrey, Born in Mansfield, England, July 3, 1924. She passed unexpectedly on August 26, 2005. Predeceased by her first husband, and father of her eight children, Blair Robinson, brother John Rodgers, sister Marian Hoskins, grandson Mathew Hampton, husband Larry Hunter, stepson Greg Hunter, and step grandchildren Mary Rempel and Ray Hunter. She is survived by her sister Kathleen Mathews, and her brother Eric Rodgers of England, her children, Glennis Kuhn (John), Marlene Conte (Reno), Dallas Stocker (Linda) all of Langley, Colleen Ribalken (Walt) of Kelowna, Randy Stocker (Debbie) of Bellingham, Rita Hampton (Bob) of Aldergrove, Sandra Popoff (Gerry) of Armstrong, and

Carole Hall (Brian) of White Rock, as well as her three step children, Gordon Hunter (Nancy) of Langley, Dennis Hunter (Joanne) and Keith Hunter (Jeanette) of 100 Mile House. Audrey had thirty grandchildren and forty-six great grandchildren. Her loss will be sadly felt by our brother Richard Robinson (Wanda) and close family friend Hazel Earl. A British war bride, suddenly alone in a new country, Mom will be cherished, and remembered, for her unselfish years of raising eight children on her own before marrying Harry Stocker, who adopted us as his own. Mom, you were a very special lady. Thank you for your love, your teachings, your humanity, your simplicity, and for your enduring love for all of us. This quiet and caring soul will be laid to rest September 1, 2005. Services to be held at the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 20032 82nd Ave., Langley, BC at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be send to the CKNW Orphans Funds, #2000-700 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V7Y 1K9. Our family wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to the emergency ward staff of Langley Memorial Hospital.
