REGAN, Carley Amanda Marie, born April 03, 1989; taken from us tragically on January 06, 2003, at the tender age of 13. Carley is survived by and will be greatly missed by her Mom Evelyn and her Dad Barry and will be dearly missed by her loving sister Jessica. Also left to mourn are her grandparents Barrie and Gloria Regan and Gail Quigley, great grandmother Evelyn Ramsay, aunts and uncles, Jim & Patricia (Samantha), Debbie and Steven (Kara), and Allen and Christine (Allana) as well as many other family members and friends.
