Carol passed away suddenly on April 4th, 2018.
Carol will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Don Budnick & her parents Marvin & Ellen Wahl. Survived by her sister Sharron Turlock of Gibsons, & brother Garry Wahl and his wife Sandy of Surrey and many nieces and nephews.
After retiring from the City of Surrey, Carol spent most of her time volunteering. She loved animals and her favorite charity was Critter Care.
Honoring Carol's wishes there will be no service.
