October 15, 1967 - June 22, 2021
With heavy hearts we mourn the sudden and unexpected loss of a Corine Louise Anderson-Hart, of Mirboo North, Victoria, Australia on June 22, 2021.
Corine was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on October 15, 1967 and raised in Langley, BC on the home farm of Aldor Acres. Corine is survived by her four boys, Trevor, Gavin, Luke and Troy Hart, who all reside in Australia.
She was a daughter to Dr. Albert and Dorothy Anderson, sister to Mark (Leanna) Anderson, Brian (Erin) Anderson and Gail (Bob) Macadam, Auntie to Melissa, Brandon, Jason and Baxter Anderson, Brianna, Gabriel and Reid Anderson and Sarah, Benjamin, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Abigail, Lizzie and Zachariah Macadam. Predeceased by nephew Jared Anderson and her favourite aunties, Elaine and Margaret.
Corine attended Fort Langley Elementary School followed by Mountain Secondary and then graduated from Langley Secondary School at the age of 16. She then went to Japan for a one year Rotary Exchange Program, learning the language, culture and lifestyle of the Japanese people. Upon her return she was a tour guide for Japanese visitors at Expo 86, in Vancouver.
Corine then attended BCIT in the Hospitality and Marketing Program. She worked in the service industry and then landed a "fit for her" job at the Langley Chamber of Commerce. She met Danual Hart (from Australia) while he was here on an agricultural exchange program. They were married in 1996 and moved to Australia where they started dairy farming.
After about 10 years, the farm was sold, Danual and Corine went their separate ways and Corine became a single parent to four boys. Corine adored her boys, was involved in all of their activities and had such pride and joy as the boys grew up.
Corine was a well liked woman in the town of Mirboo North. She had the opportunity to host many relatives and friends while living in Australia over the past 25 years. She LOVED the connections with the people who visited her.
Corine was intelligent and her memory was like a sieve. She wouldn't forget a date, time or place and was never wrong!
Corine cherished her almost annual summer visits back to Canada. Sometimes it was all of the boys accompanying her while other times it was 1-2 boys, depending on their work and school schedule. Corine loved sharing about the farm experiences and was probably the biggest ALDOR farm marketer in Australia! Corine was a much loved part of our family and we will miss her dearly.
