PARSEY: Dorothy May (nee Knight) of Aldergrove, passed away suddenly on October 28, 2004, afer hip replacement surgery, in Langley Memorial Hospital.
Dorothy was born in West Vancouver on October 15, 1926.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Earl, her eldest sister Poppy (Florence) Price and her two brothers, Arthur and Roy Knight.
Dorothy is survived by her only child, her daughter Joan Kizmann; her sister, Joan Ewert and her husband Carl, of West Vancouver, as well as many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephew.
Dorothy brought happiness wherever she went; always a cheerful soul. Through her life of many hard times and much sickness, one never heard her complain. Dorothy's kind spirit and way of looking at things made her what she was - truly remarkable. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 27555 31st Ave., in Aldergrove, BC Rev. Ken Dean will officiate.
