Phillip passed away peacefully Friday night, Oct. 26, 2018 in Langley, BC after a courageous battle with cancer.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughter, Alisa; son, Jeremy (Jaana); and grandchildren, Hunter, Scarlett, Eden and Asher.
Phillip taught in Canadian universities for 46 years, including over 40 at Trinity Western University. He continued to teach, research and write on philosophy and religious experience until the last weeks of his life.
Phillip will be greatly missed by his family and friends and will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend.
His memorial service will be held Friday, November 2 at 2:30 pm at North Langley Community Church.
