ROBSON, Elisabeth Margarete

Elisabeth passed away peacefully in Langley Memorial Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Elisabeth, a nurse and teacher, lived in Langley for over 40 years and raised her family here. She worked with both the Milner School and Mountain School PTA and PAC committees. She was a teacher's aide for special needs students and taught German at night school.
In the community she worked to raise awareness of the value of agricultural land for present and future generations. She recently organized the Green Ribbon Campaign to save Milner farmland from highway encroachment.
Elisabeth is survived by her husband Michael and sons Christopher (Elaine) and Martin (Angel) and granddaughters Sophia, Layla, and Grace.
The memorial service will be held Saturday, November 28 at 3 pm at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church: 930 Cumberland St., New Westminster. Flowers are welcome; donations can be made in Elisabeth's memory to the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation.
