SHANE, Elven "Al" Stanley, peacefully, at his home in Langley, B.C. on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at the age of 72 years. Loving husband to Doreen, his wife of 46 years. Devoted father to Marc and his wife Dianne, Todd & Annie and Colin and his wife Brenda; grandfather to Richelle, Cory, Alex, Brittney, Brandon, Mitchell, Carter and Megan. He leaves also his dear mother Olga; his sister Adeline and brother-in-law Henry; nieces, nephews, his extended family and many dear friends. A celebration of Al's Life will be held at the family home at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2005. For those desiring, donations made in Al's memory, to the BC Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
