PENNER, ERVIN "ERV" Born on May 19, 1934 at Tofield, Alberta to Peter and Katharina Penner. Passed away on December 11, 2006 at Langley, BC. Predeceased by his parents, older brothers, Henry and John, extended family, daughter Donna Smith and granddaughter Rachel Thiessen. He will be sadly missed by his wife Doreen, Children and extended family, Debbie (Doug) House and Craig (Julie), Sharon (Fred) Thiessen and Brian (Gail) Smith, grandchildren and extended family, Melissa (Dave), Shane, Daniel and Jared, Ryan (Julia)Thiessen, Dylan and Paige Smith and great-granddaughter Mikayla, brothers Ernie (Rose) and Vern, sisters, Kay (Peter) Grunau and Irma Evenson, sisters-in-law, Theresa, Helen, Lorraine (Lance) Brown as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Erv was a businessman in Abbotsford and Langley. After retiring, he built homes and kept busy helping family, friends and neighbours with small and large projects. A Celebration of Erv's Life will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 11;00 am in Sharon United Church, 21562 Old Yale Rd., Murrayville. If so desired, a donation to the M.C.C. appreciated.
