CHAPMAN, Ethel Marie
"Perky" (Abbot)
June 10, 1937 - February 22, 2008. Ethel joined her husband, Stewart, in the peacefulness of heaven on February 22, 2008 in Langley, B.C. Ethel is survived and will be greatly missed by her family; daughters Colleen Corder of Victoria, Barbara (Brad) Horton of Pritchard, and Susan (Brian)
Cartwright-Coates of New Westminster. Audrey (Fred) McCurdy and Anita (Robert) Clarke will also miss their younger sister. Mimi/Gramma will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Sarah (Steven), Karen (Chad), Jay (Rachel), Chelsea, Laura, Meghan and great-grandchild Petra. Also her extended Chapman family, Donald (Connie), Susan (James), Joan, Sheila and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ethel was predeceased by her mother and father Doris and Philip Abbot and grandson Ross. Ethel loved her family and touched the hearts of everyone who knew her. She spent many enjoyable hours in her garden and quilting. Thank you to the staff of Langley Hospice for their special care of our Mom and family.
Memorial service will be held at Henderson's Funeral Home in Langley on Wednesday February 27th at 1:00 pm. 604-530-6488.
