OSWALD, Graham John (Jack), born in Langley October 26, 1925 passed away peacefully on May 13, 2007 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Betty of 58 years, daughters Valdene, Susan(Jim) and Brenda, son Ralph(Kim). Seven grandchildren and spouses, six great grandchildren and two on the way. And sister Doreen Abernathy (Oswald) of Maine USA. Jack was born, raised and lived his entire life in Langley where he raised his family. He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by all those who loved and knew him. He was a wonderful role model, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His family meant everthing to him. He was always there to lend a helping hand with anyone of his family or friends who needed his help. We would like to thank the Langley Hospice for all their help and kindness given to him and our family in his last few days. There will be a celebration of Jack's life at Jim and Sue Hatch's house on Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 1 p.m. 6287-190 Street, Surrey B.C. A donation to the Langleu Hospice Society or BC Cancer Foundation in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
