LONG: Hartley, born on September 27, 1927 in Vancouver, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, October 24, 2004 in the presence of his two daughters and wife.
He is survived by his loving wife Lil; daughter Karen (Al), grandchildren, Matthew, Kelsey and Amelia; daughter Corinne (John), grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Lucas and Camille; brother Doug and family, and many other nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed.
A celebration of his life will be held at Sharon United Church, 21562 Old Yale Road, Langley. on November 19th at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or The Alzheimers Society of BC.
