FRISBY; Isabel Verna - On December 8, 2006, Isabel Verna Frisby passed away peacefully at Magnolia Gardens, Langley, aged 92 years. She is survived by one sister, Hope Jacobson of Wenatchee, Washington; 6 nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 16 at 2 p.m. in the St. Andrews Anglican Church, 20955 Old Yale Road, Langley. Rev. Scott Gould officiating. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Andrew's Memorial Fund, or a charity of your choice.
