GILMOUR, King - Born April 14, 1921 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2004 in White Rock, British Columbia.
King is the beloved husband of Jean (nee Strachan), father of Robert (Susan) and grandfather of Lauren, Jean and Simon William.
King loved cars and football. He was a volunteer with the Air Force and Army Cadet Leagues of Canada (Squadron 111) and the Seaforth 72nd Highlanders of Canada. King joined the R.C.A.F. in 1938 and served overseas from 1940 to 1945.
A private prayer service will be held for King, with love and respect for his life. Flowers gratefully declined, kind thoughts and happy memories only.
