Margaret Oliver, born July 4th 1939, in Congleton, Cheshire, England, passed away suddenly in Langley BC July 22nd 2018 after a short brave battle with cancer.
She was born in Cheshire England to parents John and Margaret (Shaw) Copeland and was the youngest of three children, brother John and sister Mary. She married Gerald Oliver September 12th 1959, and immigrated to Vancouver, Canada in 1962, and had two sons, Simon and Stephen. She loved, and was loved by her grandchildren, Ty, Alwen, Charlotte and Trent.
Margaret had many different job titles in her working life and everywhere she worked she was loved and respected. A longtime volunteer at the Hospice store in Walnut Grove. Travelling the world with Gerald and tending her garden were a couple of her favourite pastimes.
Her passing has left a huge hole in everyone's lives that loved and knew her and she will be greatly missed by all.
