MACKIE, Mary (nee Laird) Born August 21, 1915, passed away March 30, 2009. Born in Inverurie, Scotland. Emigrated to Canada in 1930 to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, then moved to B.C. in 1935. Lived in Surrey for 50 years then lived in Langley since 2000. Survived by her children Leslie (Louise), Verona (George) and Rick. Grandchildren Dawn, Cathy, Colleen, Michael, Joy and Mark. Numerous Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. "Busy hands are quiet now. The days work is done." Memorial Service to be announced.
