GRIFFITHS, Philip Andrew
born Purbrook England June 6, 1954, died surrounded by his family & friends on May 25, 2005. He leaves his loving wife Teresa, sons Nathan, Damien, Connor & Keiran, extended family and many close friends. Predeceased by his parents Agnes & Llewelyn & his brother Steven. Philip was an avid outdoorsman who loved running, snowboarding & kayaking. He also loved & enjoyed music. A dedicated teacher for nearly 20 years, he influenced many young minds in Edmonton & Surrey. He spent his younger years as a shipwright in England & a land surveyor in Edmonton. Funeral Mass was held Tuesday, May 31st at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Langley. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
