Prof. Douglas Edward Fraser

Professor Douglas Edward Fraser passed away peacefully on December 24th 2019 at home at the age of 69. Local and international musician, historian, author, and comedian, Douglas leaves behind his loving family: wife, Jennifer Nelson; daughters Nicole and Jaime; parents-in-law Miriam and Charles, and Ron and Mary; dear cousins; many treasured friends and associates; and his beloved poodle, Gracie.
The burial service was held January 6 at the Fort Langley Cemetery.
The Celebration of Douglas' Life will be on Saturday, January 25 at 11 am at the Fort Langley Community Hall 9167 Glover Rd, followed by a luncheon. Donations can be made in his name to tolgabathospital.org in care of "Megabattie" or to donate.wwf.org.au. Both charities are helping animals in Australia.
