STONER, Ray Robert, peacefully at Langley, B.C., on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by his wife Margaret, Ray is survived by his children, Roy (Cheryl), John (Debbie), Sharon (Stuart), Ben, David and Tim (Lori). He leaves, also, his nineteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Ray will be sadly missed, also, by his one remaining brother, Elton (Darlene), as well as his nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Ray was an avid gardener, who did all sorts of volunteer gardening work in several locations in Aldergrove and Vernon. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 21, at the Aldergrove Christian Assembly, 3119 - 272 St. in Aldergrove. Rev. Carol Griffiths will officiate.
