In loving memory Richard (Terry) Terrance Dilworth
December 21st 1945 - August 27th 2016 Taken from us too soon. Terry lost his short battle to cancer while surrounded by family at Peace Arch Hospital at the age of 70. Terry was born in New Westminster and remained a long time local resident, living in South Surrey at the time of his passing. “Papa”, as he was affectionately known within our family, was an avid fisherman and accomplished outdoorsmen. He was generous, humble; a loving devoted family man and an engaging storyteller. He will be fondly remembered spending his days fly fishing along the banks of a river with his dog Shogun at his side. Terry was preceded in death by his parents John and Isabelle. Left to cherish his memory, his wife of almost 50 years Linda; Children; Ric and Leanne (Steve), grandchildren Mackenzie and Mitchell, brother Dave (Jan) and family. In lieu of flowers, Terry would be best honoured by a donation to BC Wildlife Federation. May your days be spent exploring the back country in search of that prize sh. “Tight lines Papa.”
