It is with sadness and love we say goodbye to our aunt and uncle, Jean Betty (nee Barron) and Robert James Hindman.
Robert (Bob) was born in 1932 in Settle, Yorkshire. After receiving his engineering education, he served in the Royal Navy. His family came to Saskatchewan and Bob later moved to Vancouver.
When Jean and Bob met, they were instant soulmates. They were married for over 66 years. One of their favourite pastimes was fishing and spending time together and with friends on their boat in Horseshoe Bay.
They passed away within 18 hours of each other on Jan. 18th and 19th, 2020, at Langley Memorial Hospital.
They will be forever remembered by their close friends, the Wandler family, and the Barron and Hindman families.
