Rod passed away suddenly on Monday, March 4, 2019. He was predeceased by his first wife Shirley and survived by his second wife Claire.
Rod will be deeply missed by his daughter Heather (Steinar), son Kerry (Marilyn), step son Brian, grandchildren Shaun, Danica (Alex), Lindsay (Kevin), great grandchildren; Wulfric, Eowyn, Forest and Nymeria and many step grandchildren.
Rod worked for Dairyland Foods for over 30 years and upon his retirement, he was a volunteer driver for Langley Meals on Wheels. Rod loved to travel and see new places but was happiest visiting with family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019, 1 pm at 20600 - 53 A Avenue, Langley, BC.
