It is with both sadness and a peaceful joy that we announce the passing of our mother Rose; sadness in the Loss of her presence with us and joy that she has finally found her "Peace".
Following several years of debilitating illness that limited her mobility and her quality of life Rose passed away peacefully in her sleep April 04, 2019.
Mom is predeceased by her first husband, all four of her siblings and her spouse of 50 years Ed Miller in 1999. She is survived by her sister in-law Mary Hallick of Medicine Hat, AB her Daughters Gloria (Ray) Jeannotte of Langley BC, Bev (Ray) Redfern of Brandon, MB and Carol Pettigrew of Calgary, AB. "Grandma" to 8 Grand-children, 14 Great-grandchildren, 2 Great-Great grandchildren and "Auntie" Rose to numerous nieces and nephews.
Her dignity, strength and determination in life remained until the end.
As per her wishes, interment will be held at Langley Lawn Cemetery and will take place June 7, 2019 at 2 pm 4393 - 208 Street Langley, BC V3A 5A8.
