TUSON, SARAH LOUISE. Born in Borden, Saskatchewan to John and Mary Jane Reid on Sept. 19, 1918. Passed away in her 86th year June 2, 2005 in MSA Hospital in Abbotsford, BC.

Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother she will be sadly missed by daughter Mary-Lou (Glen) Emery; grandson's Colin (Carla), Greg and Scott and great-grandchildren

Makaela and Riley.

Sarah Louise was the eldest child of 11 brothers and sisters. She was predeceased by brothers Gerald and Stuart Reid, as well as, sister Hannah Forsyth. She will be greatly missed by siblings Marlene (Bill) Swiderski, Shirley (Charles) Woodside, Beatrice (John) Ward, Irene (Ernie) Friend, Gordon Reid, Samuel Reid, and Margerite Adler. As well as several nieces and nephews spread throughout Saskatchewan, Ontario and the Western Provinces.

Louise did her post-graduate studies at St. Pauls Nursing School in Saskatoon. Following graduation she met and married Roy Walter Stuart Tuson and had one daughter Mary-Lou. Louise was a maternity nurse at Vancouver General Hospital for 43 years retiring in 1976. They resided in Vancouver until 1988; at which time the couple moved to Langley and following Roy's passing Louise moved to Abbotsford where she could be closer to Mary-Lou and family.

Louise was an avid gardener and had a truly beautiful garden wherever she resided. She loved family gatherings, card playing and enjoyed all varieties of sports, she was quite the Canuck fan! She made some wonderful friends at Central Heights Manor where she enjoyed playing scrabble and knitting evenings to make infant hats for the MSA Hospital maternity ward.

She has made some wonderful memories and will never be forgotten.
