With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Trevor.
He is survived by his mother Linda Collins, his sister Garrity Allan, father Mel Futa and his ever so loving precious daughter Paige Collins.
A celebration of his life will be held in early summer.
Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in his honour.
