HARPER: William James Frederick
July 7, 1915 - July 23, 2005
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Harper who had 66 years of marriage with wife Gladys. He is survived by his wife and 4 children, Don (Audrey), Lil (Gordon) Edmunds, Betty Joan Millen, Barry (Lynda); 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He also leaves 3 sisters, Edna Pickering, Margaret Rose and Muriel Truman. He was predeceased by 2 brothers and a sister, 1 grandchild and 3 infant great grandchildren.
Bill had a great love of playing pool and spent many hours down at the Langley Senior Resource Centre with his friends. Family was also very important to him and he spent many evenings playing games with them.
Bill turned 90 years of age on July 7th and we celebrated his life with him at a large party on July 2nd, 2005, therefore, we will be having a private family remembrance only.
