Editor: I am sorry to read that the Accent on Pastries owner, Mike Peglar, has more than likely decided not to rebuild his business. We had our wedding cake baked by him and I will find our Christmas season very amiss, as I did this past one, without serving up one of the plum puddings and rum sauce that I would buy every year.
They were the best. I wish he would give his recipes for the cakes and sauce to another bakery and let we, the public, know where we can find his delicious goodies.
