Bateman will have steep learning curve

I think his very steep learning curve will require a crash course, and the CTF has a challenge to educate and mold him to their principles.

Editor: Jordan Bateman has pulled a switcheroo.

Bateman is resigning from council and joining the Canadian Taxpayer Federation.  He also cancelled his membership in the BC Liberal Party and ended his business association with his (Fort Langley-Aldergrove MLA) friend Rich Coleman.

He is going from a Liberal big deficit spender of our tax dollars, and one who voted to grow the bureaucracy at every turn, to become the watchdog of government overspending and waste. This is amusing, to say the least.

Did his last property tax notice shock him into reality and bring about such enlightenment?

His new job requires him to advocate for fiscally responsible conservative ideology, which will require a philosophical adjustment. I think his very steep learning curve will require a crash course, and the CTF has a challenge to educate and mold him to their principles.

I wish him well and shall follow his work to see how he has progressed in a year or so.
