Editor: I noted from your article (the Times, Nov. 9) on these council proceedings that Charlie “North/South” Fox seems to think he represents only the “street” people, i.e., Langley streets run north-south, while avenues run east-west.
I happen to live on an avenue and he sure doesn’t represent me.
