Dear Editor,
Is there anyone else out there who finds it a bit strange that a two-lane bridge over the “mighty†Nickomel River – a small creek most of the year – has taken construction crews some six months to complete – and, as I write this, isn’t even done yet!
We, the gullible taxpayers, want to see an accounting as to why it’s taking so long and how much it cost with regard to the original estimates.
And don’t even think about blaming it on a few allegedly stolen “pipehangers.â€
