Letter: Revamped 56 Avenue design causing congestion, risky for cyclists

Editor: Re: the supposed improvements from Glover Road east along 56 Avenue.

The left hand turn lane to go from Glover onto 56 has been removed, causing congestion. Funny how the casino gets the advanced left turn lights, though.

Also, the bike lanes were installed and then some highly paid engineer decided four-foot high grass at all the driveways was a good idea. Having huge blind spots for cars entering the roadway probably will cause a bike rider, if there are any, to get hit.
