Veteran.
I don't even know what war is
an immature young man
I'm going to the army
War in a strange foreign land you've never experienced in your life
Bullets are flying around, shells are popping
A colleague who was dying in a bare mountain in fear
A veteran who lives like a nightmare for the rest of his life holding on to short memories
I'll leave my colleagues in the land of a faraway country
Even if you try to live as an ordinary person, you suffer nightmares every night and get soaked with sweat
the annual Memorial Day
Even if veterans who remember the war disappear one by one
There is no end to war on Earth
No one wants a war.
Countless veterans who are unable to escape the memory of the war decades after the war and are struggling to live their lives
Their sublime sacrifices have protected freedom and peace
People may be tired of living and forgetting them in normal times.
Some people are heartbroken by the death of their pet dogs at home and look away from people who live a hard life while wearing their clothes.
In the hope that many of the fallen spirits who were faithful to their duty at work in the war will be able to enjoy a comfortable rest in heaven and that many veterans will be able to live their joyful days away from the painful memories of the past
I pray for peace and well-being in all the wars and deaths in the world through Remembrance Day. I am especially grateful to the Korean War veterans, also called the forgotten war.
