Dear Editor,

After a long time waiting in emergency hospitals, up to more than four hours, my opinion is that they should increase the training of doctors, develop licensing process for foreign doctors who are living in Canada, and improve incentives for doctors so they do not go to high-priced countries.

Also, I suggest equation certificates of doctors coming to Canada so they can practice this job.

This would help to increase numbers of doctors in hospitals, which would reduce waiting times until patients are able to see a doctor.
