Editor: I’m writing to bring awareness to an ongoing issue on the streets of Walnut Grove. My vehicle, along with others, has been repeatedly vandalized while parked along 208 Street. My tire was slashed.
I think that too many of these crimes go unreported.
I would like to send a message to the public that we need to report these crimes because they are that, crimes. The immature, petty, ignorant and obviously unintelligent punks who do these acts will get away with it if we all do nothing. It takes five minutes to file a police report, so do it.
