Support for Bard in the Valley appreciated

Twelfth Night would not have happened without the support of community sponsors like The Times.

Editor: Thank you to The Times for once again being a generous sponsorship of Bard in the Valley’s third season production of Twelfth Night. The show was wonderful — good acting, beautiful costumes and a delightful set — but it would not have happened without the support of community sponsors like The Times.

We’ve had an exciting, successful season with more than 2,000 people attending our 10 performances, and I know that many of them were there because of your coverage. We appreciate the super article, photos and the ads. The Times’ staff are always great to work with and I know I can speak for the other local theatre groups when I say how much we appreciate your support.

There was a buzz around Langley about our production and, as always, watching all the people arrive to see the show was a thrill for the cast and crew who worked for months to create this Shakespearian event right here in Langley.

Next year’s production is Comedy of Errors. When the sun goes down and the lights come up on the outdoor stages in Langley, Bard in the Valley creates magic.
