Thanks to Murrayville firefighters

Editor: My family and I would just like to extend our gratitude to the Murrayville fire department.

On Sunday, Dec. 18, the firefighters joined Santa to parade through upper Murrayville, greeting local children and handing out candy canes. My son was so excited to see them and we really appreciate the community interaction.

Keep up the great work and have a very merry and safe Christmas.
