Aldergrove’s Bantam C2 Blazers played their last ever hockey game in the old Aldergrove arena earlier this spring.
In the final game, Kole Wheeler scored the game winner with nine seconds left in the third period.
The team finishes this season with a gold medal win, a “league winners” banner, and a “playoff Champions” banner.
Next year the Aldergrove Arena will be replaced by the new community centre and ice arena currently under construction on Fraser Highway.
