Thankfully the Langley Senior Blaze scored four times in the top of the seventh inning to build a 6-0 lead as the Burnaby Collegiate Bulldogs nearly pulled off the comeback, scoring five times in their half of the inning before ultimately coming up short, 6-5.

The two senior men’s baseball teams were playing at Robert Burnaby Park on June 17 in Pacific International League play. The win improved Langley to 2-2.

Brad Ferraro and Mason Cratty drove in a pair of runs apiece for Langley while Jovan Ewusie had an RBI double.
