Parker Logan was solid on the mound for the Blaze, tossing six and two-thirds innings of three-hit ball, allowing just one run. He struck out five.

The Blaze quickly put their first loss of the season behind them, scoring six runs in the bottom of the second inning to start Sunday’s doubleheader, a 9-4 win over the Whalley Jr. Chiefs.
