The Trinity Western University Spartans have four teams in the latest CIS top 10 rankings, as the men’s volleyball team remained at No. 3, the women’s volleyball team stayed at No. 5, the men’s track and field team moved into the rankings at No. 9, and the women’s track and field team slotted in for the first time this year at No. 10.
For the men’s volleyball team, which swept its weekend series with MacEwan, this is the fifth poll of the season and second week in a row that it has been ranked No. 3.
Similarly, the women’s volleyball team, which also swept MacEwan, has been now ranked No. 5 in four consecutive polls.
The Spartans track and field teams both competed for the first time this year and, with their performances at the University of Washington Preview, moved into their respective top 10 rankings.
