The session runs from 10 a.m. to noon, but pre-registration is required at www.gofishbc.com/Events.aspx or by emailing visit.fraservalley@gofishbc.com.

Participants are asked to bring a tidal fishing licence (which is free online) since they will be fishing in the Fraser River.

This event, presented by the Freshwater Fisheries Society of B.C. is open to children ages seven to 15 years old.

Metro Vancouver Regional Parks is promoting that the event is free, but a $5 donation is encouraged to support the Learn to Fish program.
