Four members of the Langley Rams earned all-Canadian status.

Anthony Daley, Evan Foster, Adam Konar and Nick Downey were selected to the 2012 Canadian Junior Football League’s all-Canadian team.

Daley, an offensive lineman, was the lone selection on that side of the ball, while Evan Foster and Adam Konar were chosen for the defence.

Foster, a defensive lineman, had 21 tackles, 9.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries and an interception during the season.

Konar, a linebacker, had 16 tackles, five sacks, four fumble recoveries, three batted balls, three interceptions and a touchdown.

The fourth Ram to be honoured was return specialist Nick Downey, who led the CJFL with six touchdowns — one on a kick-off and five on punts — and averaged 19.8 yards per return.

Konar and Malcolm Williams were both also nominees for major awards. Konar was the nominee for the outstanding defensive player while Williams was up for rookie of the year.

Williams, a wide receiver, caught 42 passes for 768 yards and 13 touchdowns.
