Some of the top high school rodeo competition will be in town this weekend as the B.C. high school rodeo championships are held at the Langley Riders Arena on May 18 and 19.
The event comes on the heels of another major competition which was held at the Langley Rod and Gun Club last month.
At that event, a pair of Langley competitors took the top two spots in the senior rifle division with Jessie Morriss placing first and Taylor Wharry taking second.
Langley competitors also swept the top three spots in the senior trap division with Will Foss taking first, Morris second and Wharry third.
Brooke Wharry was also first in the junior rifle (Grades 6 to 8) division.
