Ryan Saran was second at the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour event at the Pitt Meadows Golf Club on Saturday.
The 19-year-old Saran (Hazelmere Golf Club) shot a 3-over 75 to place second in the boys’17-19 division. He was one four Langley golfers to finish in the top eight in the division.
Callum Robinson and Tyler Roope finished third and tied for sixth, respectively.
Both golfers, who are 17, are from Hazelmere.
Langley’s Jordan Nielsen was eighth.
In the boys’ 13 and under division, 12-year-old Jae Wook Lee was tied for third and Jackson Trozzo, 13, was 10th.
And in the boys’ 14-16 division, Cole Briggs, 14, was tied for seventh.
All three golf out of Redwoods Golf Club.
