Michael Stovman did a little bit of everything on Tuesday night.

Stovman threw seven innings of one-hit ball, striking out 14 of 23 Abbotsford Cardinals batters.

And if that wasn’t impressive enough, Stovman hit a home run, had three of his team’s six hits and drove in three runs in theBlaze’s 4-0 win at Delair Park in BC Premier Baseball League action.

The win, which improved Langley to 7-4, was a third straight for the 18U baseball team. They were coming off a doubleheader sweep on Sunday, winning 7-6 and 6-3 over the North Delta Blue Jays at McLeod Athletic Park.

The Blaze are back in action with a pair of doubleheaders against Okangan on May 6 and 7, both at McLeod Athletic Park.
