Three members of the Langley Junior Thunder were honoured for their outstanding seasons by the B.C. Junior A Lacrosse League.
Brett Dobray won the league’s most sportsmanlike player award while his teammates Brandon Bull and Nick Stone were both named second team all-stars.
Dobray was leading the league in scoring until he was sidelined with an injury for eight games. He finished his rookie season with 46 points, including a team-leading 26 goals.
Bull was tenth in league scoring with 25 goals, 32 assists and 57 points to lead the Thunder while Stone was tied for 12th with 15 goals, 41 assists and 56 points.
Dobray and Bull both played for the Langley Minor Lacrosse Association while Stone is from Pitt Meadows.
All three should be back with Langley next season.
