A big announcement this week by the provincial government – Langley is getting almost 200 units of low income housing in the near future.
But housing has been in crisis for years. Costs have spiralled, and homelessness has been increasing by leaps and bounds as the most marginal residents fall through the cracks.
Are we doing enough, fast enough, to deal with the housing crisis?
