How should we encourage more young people to vote?

The B.C. government is currently considering a recommendation to pre-register 16 and 17-year-olds so that when they turn 18, they will be registered to vote immediately.

The B.C. Green Party has lobbied in the past to lower the voting age to 16.

What do you think?

Should the B.C. government pre-register teenagers so they can vote when they turn 18?
