Paton & Martin Veterinary Services is holding a client education night at the Kwantlen Polytechnic University auditorium on the Langley Bypass Wednesday, Feb. 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. The event is free and open to everyone.
Dr. Paton will discuss a new approach to worming that will save money and reduce the chance of horses developing resistance to medication.
Dr. Cruz will describe the process of lameness diagnoses and discuss when and how the various imaging technologies are used.
Dr. Martin will tackle the topics of breeding and foaling, and will talk about breeding by artificial insemination, both chilled and frozen, and important considerations when a mare is about to foal.
